Contributes Commentary to the UMCT Constitutional Bulletin 25/26 (Volume 4, April/May)
Law Chambers of Zander Lim is pleased to share that our Managing Partner, Zander Lim, has contributed a commentary to the UMCT Constitutional Bulletin 25/26 (Volume 4, April/May).
The commentary, titled “MACC Under Scrutiny: Can Institutional Reform Restore Public Trust?”, examines the institutional framework governing the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), recent reform proposals, and the constitutional and legal issues surrounding institutional independence, accountability, and public confidence.
