Our Managing Partner, Zander Lim, was invited to speak at the TH Nominee Directors’ Training Programme 2026 on “Enforcement at the Door – Fraud, Dawn Raids and Director Accountability”, together with Mr. Edmund Bon Tai Soon.

Zander shared practical perspectives on navigating criminal investigations and enforcement action, as well as issues concerning director accountability.

We thank Lembaga Tabung Haji and the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM) for the kind invitation and opportunity to contribute to the programme, as well as for their warm hospitality and thoughtful engagement.
